The following wild birds are excluded from the definition of "wild birds" contained in G.S. 113-129(15a):

(1)           English sparrow (Passer domesticus);

(2)           Eurasian collared dove (Streptopelia decaocto);

(3)           pigeon (Columba livia);

(4)           mute swan (Cygnus olor); and

(5)           starling (Sturnus vulgaris).
